The final day of open enrollment is January 15, 2026. If you enroll between December 16 and January 15, your ACA plan will begin on February 1, 2026. Missing the January 15 deadline means you can’t sign up for coverage unless you qualify for a special enrollment period due to a major life event like moving, getting married, or losing other coverage.
