If you want your new health insurance to start January 1, you must enroll by December 15. This is part of the Open Enrollment Period for ACA Marketplace health plans.

After December 15, your plan won’t start until February 1 — so acting fast can help you avoid a gap in coverage.

Here’s how to enroll before the deadline:

  1. Visit Aura-Insure.com – You can shop ACA Marketplace health plans 100% online.

  2. Compare Plans – See your options for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum coverage.

  3. Check Subsidies – Many people qualify for $0 or low-cost monthly premiums.

  4. Enroll Before December 15 – Submit your application and make your first payment to start coverage on January 1.

If you miss the December 15 deadline, you can still enroll until January 15, but your coverage will begin February 1 instead.
