If you miss the January 15 deadline, you generally can’t enroll until the next open‑enrollment period. However, you may still qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you experience a qualifying life event, such as losing other coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait for the 2027 enrollment cycle.
